    We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver extraordinary private jet expeditions and small jet programs for discerning travelers. This role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and creative itinerary development to ensure every journey exceeds expectations.

    You’ll collaborate with global partners, manage budgets, and oversee all aspects of trip operations from concept to execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

    What you’ll do:

    • Product Development: Research destinations and markets to craft innovative itineraries. Create detailed day-by-day plans for operational, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and DMCs. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
    • Financial Management: Develop and manage trip budgets, pricing itineraries to meet revenue goals.
    • Operations: Oversee logistics including hotel bookings, flight routing, and supplier coordination. Conduct pre-trip planning and on-site inspections.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure itinerary accuracy and guest satisfaction. Uphold health, safety, and animal welfare protocols.
    • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate on promotional materials and assist with trip sales.
    • Business Development: Create customized itineraries for partner organizations aligned with their brand and financial targets.
    • Communication: Share updates and expectations with Expedition Leaders and stakeholders. Provide clear, constructive feedback.
    • Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel for trip operations, scouting, and industry events.

    What you’ll bring:

    • 3+ years negotiating purchase or service contracts, ideally in hospitality or travel.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet experience preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
    • Adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in luxury travel or high-end destinations.
    • Knowledge of TCS operations and products.
    • Aviation or itinerary development experience.
    • Client-facing experience, including presentations and relationship management.
