Travelbound, SkiBound and JCA are specialists in providing activity holidays for children on school trips, youth groups and Summer Camps. We have some amazing resorts across the UK and France and have been in operation for over 25 years!
All three brands have something completely different to offer, from Skiing in the Alps to outdoor activities in the UK, to exploring in Normandy, providing an exceptional experience for our customers is our priority and we feel that our seasonal staff are key in making this possible.
A winter season with Skibound is like no other. With over 30 years’ experience in the industry, we offer a unique ski experience to budding skiers from all over the world with school and youth groups at the heart of our business.
Working in one of our multiple opportunities, you will have the chance to stay at one of our 3 lively club hotels across 3 resorts in the French Alps, home to some of Europe’s best skiing and après!
JCA is one of the leading UK companies for school and family activity holidays. The centre of these activities is Condover Hall which is a beautiful and historic site based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Condover Hall boasts over 40 different activities to choose from and can host up to 600 guests at one time – as well as regular sports tournaments! A super exciting and unique place to work where no two days are the same!
Based at our truly idyllic, 18th Century Chateau, situated in Normandy, France. Renowned for its history, beautiful towns and sandy beaches, in your down time you will have the chance to explore everything Normandy has to offer! Or, if you fancy something different on your day off you can jump on the train and be in central Paris within a couple of hours!
A season at Chateau Du Molay will give you the opportunity to build on your hospitality skills and make memories which will last a lifetime. Our Seasonal Recruitment team assess applications across all roles and brands. They may discuss other opportunities with you over the phone and at this stage, you are also welcome to register your interest for other positions.
As of 2020, our overseas roles are eligible to UK and EU passport holders residing in the UK, elsewhere in Europe or the rest of the world.
Our Seasonal Recruitment team may also need to see evidence of other documents which could include: residency permit, full birth certificate, bank statement, national insurance number and proof of address. You may also need to obtain a medical certificate before travelling, which we will advise on how to obtain.

You don't need to dress overly formal, as we are a travel company. However, we do always recommend that you are well presented as you are attending an interview.
Please bring the original documents specified on your confirmation email and a pen and paper or note pad. And don't forget your personality! We know you'll be nervous on the day but it's a great opportunity to showcase the real you.
A lot of time and effort goes into planning your interview, if you are unable to attend, please do let us know, ideally at least 24hrs in advance so we can look at rearranging your interview for another time.
If you would like to cancel your interview but you are not interested in rearranging, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our recruitment team will be busy, carefully reviewing the notes from your assessment day. This process can take up to 5 working days. Regardless of the outcome of your interview, please rest assured one of the team will be in contact to let you know whether you have been successful or unsuccessful and to provide feedback from the day.
