We are looking to hire a Senior Product Engineer to join our team! You will own an entire product or platform area end-to-end—from discovery to run-time operations by raising Engineering quality, bringing innovation first and product-leading outlook.

What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead design, build, ship, and operate for a product area with clear goals and success metrics.
- Technical Leadership: Drive architecture for complex systems; author clear RFCs/ADRs and carry out strong design principles.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure observability, reliability, and secure-by-default launches with defined SLOs and rollback plans.
- Code Quality & Testing: Champion TDD, coding standards, and healthy engineering practices across teams.
- Security & Compliance: Embed threat modeling, OWASP standards, and dependency hygiene into delivery workflows.
- Product Impact: Make data-driven trade-offs on scope, cost, and time to enhance value and business outcomes.
- Multi-functional Collaboration: Unblock flow across Design, PM, QA, and Support; maintain transparent communication.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Coach engineers, lead reviews, share knowledge, and model calm, accountable leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
- Full-Stack & Infra Mastery: Build scalable systems across TypeScript/React frontends and Node/Kotlin/Java/Python backends; design efficient APIs, schemas, and AWS-based delivery pipelines with IaC and observability.
- Engineering Excellence: Uphold TDD, testing depth, performance profiling, and security-first practices to ensure resilient, high-quality releases.
- AI-Accelerated Development: Leverage AI tools and patterns to speed up development, enhance reliability, and explore safe AI feature integrations.
- Impact & Perspective: Deliver measurable outcomes—stable ownership, tech-debt reduction, faster cycles—while embodying innovation, analytical and collaborative leadership.
- Backend & Cloud Skills: Strong with Node/Kotlin/Java services, relational databases, AWS, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or similar).
- AI-Driven Development: Hands-on with tools like Cursor or Claude Code; experience integrating and evaluating AI capabilities responsibly.
- Collaboration & Communication: Clear, concise communicator who partners effectively across engineering, design, and product teams.
