We are looking to hire a Success Team Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Sales Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supporting flawless trip execution behind the scenes with precision and attention to detail.

What you’ll do:
Trip Fulfillment: Supporting the Advisor Success Partner and their assigned cases to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all booking details.
Follow up with the travel advisor to collect missing information to continue the reservation along the booking path.
Ensure that all components of a reservation are documented in HubSpot for each deal, including any interactions with Travel Advisors or clients.
Quality Control and Documentation: Responsible for completing final quality control prior to documents being sent to the travel advisor.
Handle Timelines: Monitor timelines to ensure all reservations are booked upon first availability, payment schedules are followed, and any reconfirmations are made.
Inbound Calls: Responsible for answering and actioning upon inbound calls from Travel Advisors and occasionally clients, to support with pre- and during travel support, as well as general questions and answers.
Internal Teamwork: Partner closely with Advisor Success Partners, Operations team, and Product team. Support other Success Team Coordinators with workload as needed.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in an operations-type role with a focus on European destinations preferred.
Client-driven attitude with a dedication to delivering high-quality service.
Multilingual with an elevated level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven track record to prioritize multiple projects, tasks, and deliver outstanding service to internal customers and external partners.
Proficiency in maintaining composure during fast-paced situations and devising inventive solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills are required to audit/quality check reservations to resolve additional payment and/or refunds for reservations.
Knowledge of airline reservation GDS systems desired (Amadeus preferred).
Solid understanding of HubSpot and Microsoft Teams, and MS Office preferred.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
