About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our base team for the remainder of the season. This is a front-line role where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities

Morning check-out of returning customers, including conducting customer surveys to capture satisfaction and feedback on Le Boat services.
Afternoon check-in of new arrivals, delivering clear health and safety instructions, and providing a warm welcome.
Upselling & Promotion – promoting and selling optional extras such as bike hire, BBQ sets, extra cushions, and insurance to enhance guest experience.
Customer Service Excellence – delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
Handling guest questions, concerns, and requests both face-to-face and over the phone/email.
Supporting the base team with administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or tourism is desirable but not essential.
A positive, approachable, and professional attitude.
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear instructions.
Fluent in English (comfortable speaking with customers)
Bonus: Dutch, German, or French skills
Confidence in speaking with guests and collecting feedback.
Sales or upselling experience is an advantage.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
