About The Role:
As the CRM Campaign Manager, you will play a meaningful role in crafting our marketing strategies and ensuring that our campaigns resonate with our diverse customer base. What You'll Be Doing:
Campaign Management & Customer Journeys
Lead end-to-end lifecycle and retention programs across multiple segments
Use smart rules and workflows to trigger communications and personalize messaging
Own the global email marketing plan for Le Boat
Collaborate with regional teams to align campaign strategy with sales needs
Optimize performance through test-and-learn, including A/B testing
Track results with the analytics team and make data-led improvements
Ensure QA, compliance, and standard methodologies are strictly followed
Dedication & Referrals
Support the development of Le Boat’s dedication program with the Head of CRM
Build and launch a customer referral program to drive growth
People
Reports to the Head of CRM
Works alongside CRM Manager, Data Manager, and Insight Executive
Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Finance, Operations, Revenue, IT, and Analytics teams
Shares knowledge with CRM managers across Travelopia
What We’re Looking For:
Skills Required
Strong digital marketing background with a CRM and retention focus
Deep understanding of dedication strategies and customer segmentation
Experience with tools like HubSpot and CRM automation
Confident communicator and collaborator manager
Analytical and diligent with reporting expertise
Basic HTML and line management experience a plus

A seasoned CRM/Retention Marketing Manager
Customer-first approach with a balance of creativity and analytics
Comfortable managing complex campaigns and driving commercial results
Positive, collaborative, and resilient
