We are looking to hire an Email Marketing Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of CRM & Data Protection, you’ll be handling and implementing email programs while also driving a significant leap in TCS’s CRM strategy and personalization efforts. The ideal candidate will strike a balance between strategy and hands-on execution, with a strong grasp of customer journey mapping, email automation, and campaign deployment. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator and problem solver and thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:
Implement and handle weekly and ongoing (triggered) email campaigns, using Pardot to build, schedule, target, deploy, measure, and optimize to support business objectives
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop targeted emails, personalization strategies, and optimization plans for various objectives, including sales, lead nurturing, re-engagement, and loyalty building.
Leverage data from Salesforce to develop and continually optimize segmented lists for highly targeted and personalized emails
Develop and lead campaign test programs in support of learning and business objectives
QA and test email campaigns for end-to-end customer experience, including optimization for mobile devices and email client rendering
Demonstrate aptitude for data analytics and report on marketing return on investment and campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Research and report on email and CRM industry trends, lead guideline recommendations, and actively share with business partners
Be an email marketing leader with vision and proactively make recommendations to improve overall channel marketing efficiency
What you’ll bring:
Extensive hands-on experience in b2c email marketing execution, including handling customer journeys, drip campaigns, and triggered emails.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and travel or luxury experience is a plus
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Pardot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred), including working with APIs, custom fields, and dynamic content.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and troubleshooting responsive issues.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization strategies.
Strong project management and time management skills.
