Our all-inclusive journeys deliver unparalleled and meaningful experiences in unique destinations around the globe. TCS operates luxury jet tours under its own brand as well as for strategic partners, including Four Seasons as well as custom, bespoke travel experiences. Our expertise has led us to be the most-awarded jet expedition company in the world, winning accolades over multiple years in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, AFAR Travelers' Choice Awards, Conde Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards, and Departures Legend Awards among others.

We are looking to hire a Copywriter to join our team! Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll bring our brand to life through compelling, conversion-focused copy that speaks to a discerning global audience — seamlessly balancing luxury storytelling with performance-driven content across digital and print channels. As a collaborative and self-directed creative, you'll work closely with senior writers, designers, and marketing partners to craft messaging that delivers both emotional resonance and measurable impact.

    What we'll offer:

    • Competitive base salary (CAD$ 30 to 45 per hour)
    • Flexible hybrid working schedules
    • Group-wide travel discounts

    What you'll do:

    • Write with precision and purpose across digital and print channels, crafting copy that drives engagement while maintaining clarity, polish, and brand alignment
    • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to shape emails and nurture sequences that resonate with a high-net-worth audience
    • Adapt existing messaging frameworks and brand platforms into high-performing copy across formats and channels
    • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure messaging and visuals work in harmony
    • Shape compelling copy for paid media, performance placements, and other conversion-focused touchpoints — without compromising brand integrity
    • Contribute creative ideas to campaign planning and content strategy sessions aligned with broader company goals
    • Edit, proof, and maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all deliverables
    • Monitor performance and iterate on copy elements such as subject lines, headlines, and CTAs informed by A/B testing and analytics
    • Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitive messaging — and bring that perspective to every brief

    What you'll bring:

    • Proven experience in professional marketing or conversion writing, ideally within a studio, agency, or hospitality environment
    • A strong grasp of brand voice with the ability to write fluidly across formats and audiences
    • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and editorial consistency
    • Proven ability to write copy that engages and converts, backed by a strong understanding of performance metrics
    • A portfolio of polished, engaging work — with examples that demonstrate brand storytelling and conversion awareness
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ease giving and receiving feedback
    • Proven experience across advertising campaigns including direct mail, digital, print, and email
    • Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and diverse teams drive better results. We're committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
