We are looking for an Office Manager to support our Bangalore Talent Hub. Reporting to the People Partner, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly day to day — providing reliable on-site administrative support, coordinating vendors and supplies, and delivering office events and employee-experience touchpoints that create a welcoming, well-organised workplace for colleagues and visitors.

    What we’ll offer:

    • Competitive base salary 4,00,000 INR to 5,00,000 INR per annum and bonus scheme (8% to 12% max)
    • Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off
    • Flexible hybrid working schedules
    • Parental leave and family-supportive policies
    • Group-wide travel discounts

    What you’ll do:

    • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Bangalore office, ensuring the workplace is well maintained, safe and consistently ready for colleagues and visitors.
    • Coordinate housekeeping, office help, maintenance requests and day-to-day interactions with the building management team and landlord.
    • Provide hands-on administrative support, including printing, stamping, dispatch, courier handover, document handling, office record maintenance, petty cash tracking and bill collation for Finance review.
    • Plan and deliver office events end to end, including festive celebrations and the annual year-end celebration, covering venues, vendors, logistics, budget tracking and on-the-day execution.
    • Manage day-to-day vendor coordination, follow up on service delivery, maintain required documentation and collate invoices for review and approval.
    • Own key employee-experience touchpoints, including birthday vouchers and wishes, new-joiner welcome kits and first-day office coordination.
    • Track pantry and office supplies, raise routine reorders and ensure essential stock is available when needed.
    • Act as the first point of contact in the office, welcoming visitors, supporting visiting colleagues and handling walk-in requests in a professional and helpful manner.
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, vendors and visiting colleagues to ensure office-wide arrangements are well coordinated and delivered on time.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Essential
      • 6 mnths to 1 year of experience in office administration, facilities, front office, or a similar support role.
      • At least 6 mnths of direct vendor coordination experience, including obtaining quotes, arranging services and following through to delivery.
      • Hands-n experience supporting or coordinating office events, celebrations or employee-engagement activities.
      • Strng communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with employees, vendors and senior visitors.
      • Well rganised, able to prioritise competing requests and follow through with limited supervision.
      • Cmfortable taking ownership of practical, on-site administrative work; this is a hands-on role rather than a desk-only position.
      • Wrking knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Slack.
      • Based within a reasnable commute of Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
