    We are looking to hire a Product Coordinator to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will support the planning and coordination of guest experiences, supplier relationships, operational reporting, and trip logistics. This role plays an important part in ensuring our journeys run smoothly while helping deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

    What we’ll offer:

    • Competitive base salary ($25,000 to $30,000 per year)
    • Flexible hybrid working schedules

    What you’ll do:

    • Request, organize, and maintain hotel upgrade information from suppliers around the world.
    • Process and confirm suite upgrades, pre- and post-trip accommodations, and package arrangements within internal systems.
    • Prepare and maintain trip support materials, manifests, guest reports, and operational documentation.
    • Create and update dietary, special occasion, arrival and departure, and guest amenity reports to support personalized guest experiences.
    • Maintain accurate product, guest, and operational information across Salesforce and other business systems.
    • Monitor destination and travel risk information and help maintain health and safety reporting and compliance records.
    • Generate and audit operational reports covering hotels, flights, luggage, dietary needs, travel documentation, emergency contacts, and other trip-related information.
    • Support inventory management by comparing availability, tracking attrition, and assisting with supplier communications.
    • Coordinate last-minute changes and provide administrative support to help ensure smooth trip execution.
    • Assist with special projects and other operational initiatives that support business objectives.
    • Travel occasionally, when required, to support trip operations or program check-ins.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or customer-focused role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience building positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, Softrip, or similar systems is an asset.
    • The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
    • An interest in travel, geography, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
