    We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Yachts Finance team, supporting financial accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory compliance for Thailand, along with additional international jurisdictions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in Thailand tax and statutory reporting, and exposure to multinational finance environments. Travelopia's Yachts division operates across more than 20 jurisdictions globally, managing a fleet of over 650 yachts and delivering yacht charter and yacht sales experiences through The Moorings, Sunsail and Leopard Catamarans brands.

    The role will focus on ensuring compliance with Thai tax and regulatory requirements, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and statutory filings, while also supporting reporting across multiple countries and currencies. The role also involves reconciling Thai GAAP with IFRS reporting requirements and supporting audit, controls and financial reporting processes.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Managing Thai tax, statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and other local filings.
    • Supporting tax, audit and statutory reporting requirements across additional international jurisdictions.
    • Preparing and reviewing journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations as part of month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting.
    • Owning reconciliations between Thai GAAP and IFRS reporting, including identifying and documenting accounting differences.
    • Supporting local statutory audits in Thailand and assigned jurisdictions, including working with external auditors and tax advisors.
    • Supporting accounting activities across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions and currencies.
    • Helping strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes and maintain audit-ready documentation.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Qualified Accountant with CA, ACCA, CPA.
    • Strong experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within a global or multinational organisation.
    • Solid knowledge of Thailand tax, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and local regulatory compliance.
    • Strong understanding of IFRS and Thai GAAP, with experience managing reconciliations between local statutory reporting and group reporting standards.
    • Experience working across multi-currency and multi-entity environments.
    • Advanced Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Good Thai language skills, with the ability to work effectively with local stakeholders, advisors and authorities.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
