    About the Role

    As a Tech Help Engineer – Level 1, you will be the face of Technology to our internal users, serving as their first point of contact for IT support. Whether responding to technical queries, troubleshooting issues, or fulfilling service requests, you will play a key role in ensuring colleagues can work effectively by delivering timely, high-quality support.

    Working in a global environment, you will collaborate with teams across multiple regions while providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a seamless end-user experience.

    What You'll Do

    • Act as the first point of contact for Service Desk requests, providing timely first-line technical support across multiple channels.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting incidents accurately and escalating complex cases when required.
    • Manage user lifecycle activities, including account provisioning, access management, and device setup/de-provisioning.
    • Administer and support endpoint technologies, including Intune, Active Directory, workstation configurations, application deployments, and policy management.
    • Coordinate priority incidents, participate in the on-call support rota, and ensure effective incident communication.
    • Maintain technical documentation, optimize workstation environments, and drive continuous service improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
    • Mentor junior team members while delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating across multiple brands.

    What We're Looking For

    • Deliver exceptional end-user support with strong customer service, timely issue resolution, and effective troubleshooting.
    • Install, configure, and support hardware, software, mobile devices, and multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android).
    • Administer user accounts and enterprise platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Google Workspace.
    • Troubleshoot networking and endpoint security issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, malware, phishing, and virus-related incidents.
    • Support collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Maintain accurate technical documentation, safeguard confidential information, and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while collaborating with global teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
