Since 1990, Europe Express has been a trusted partner to travel advisors, offering customized European travel at competitive prices for both independent and group travelers.

We are passionate about the wonders of Europe and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. By equipping travel advisors with in-depth destination training and unparalleled resources, we empower them to succeed at every stage of their career.

Join our team and be part of a collaborative, learning-driven environment that shares a love for creating unforgettable vacations.

We are seeking passionate and driven consultative sales professionals to add to our team of European travel experts. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will interact daily with our Travel Advisors through a B2B2C sales model to help consult and then create custom itineraries for them to bring to their travelers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales role where relationship-building and consultative selling are at the heart of what we do!

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity based in the United States, working a 40-hour week. You’ll typically work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 5am and 5pm (Pacific Time), with occasional weekend coverage as part of the team.

    What we’ll offer:

    • Competitive base salary ($42,000 to $44,000) and OTE ($75,000 in your first year with potential to increase beyond that from year 2+)
    • Comprehensive health benefits
    • Retirement savings plan with company contributions
    • Generous paid time off allowance and birthday day off
    • Flexible remote working schedules
    • Parental leave and family-supportive policies
    • Charity or volunteering time off
    • Group-wide travel discounts

    What you’ll do:

    • Engage with Travel Advisors via email and phone to qualify, discover, then build quotes based on their traveler's needs through a consultative sales process
    • Design custom European itineraries including arrangements for air, hotels, sightseeing and ground transportation.
    • Manage a robust inbound sales pipeline (100+ active deals) using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track progress and forecast revenue.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
    • Work independently with a high level of self-discipline, while also engaging in team collaboration and contributing to a positive, results-driven culture.
    • Maintain an elevated level of customer service to exceed expectations and NPS targets.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Sales Experience: Proven full-cycle sales experience in a quota-carrying consultative environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the travel industry, with a focus on European markets
    • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in CRM tools, with HubSpot experience preferred
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an executive presence
    • Business Acumen: Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and adapting to fast-changing environments.
    • Mindset: You’re motivated by results, thrive in a competitive environment, and have a natural drive to succeed.

We know that no one candidate will meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and believe you could make an impact, we encourage you to apply!

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves and diverse teams drive better results. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
