    We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, you’ll lead the planning, development, and delivery of private jet journeys and travel programs. In this role, you will design and manage high-quality travel experiences while balancing guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

    You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to build itineraries, manage suppliers, and ensure each trip is delivered smoothly from planning through execution.

    What you’ll do: 

    • Conduct destination and market research to support itinerary planning
    • Create detailed travel itineraries for operations, marketing, and sales teams
    • Continuously review and improve existing programs based on performance and feedback
    • Build and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, and destination partners
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet company standards and expectations
    • Partner with procurement to optimize cost while maintaining quality
    • Develop and manage trip budgets
    • Price itineraries to achieve revenue targets and financial goals
    • Coordinate all trip logistics, including accommodations, flights, and ground services
    • Lead pre-trip planning and conduct site inspections when needed
    • Maintain accurate data across systems to support execution and reporting
    • Ensure trip quality and consistency across all experiences
    • Partner with internal and external teams to deliver a seamless guest journey
    • Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve satisfaction
    • Review and support marketing materials to ensure accuracy
    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning and performance
    • Design customized itineraries for partners and clients
    • Align travel programs with customer needs and business goals
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
    • Monitor risks and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
    • Share updates and expectations clearly with stakeholders
    • Provide direct and constructive feedback to support collaboration and results
    • Travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%) to support operations, site visits, and industry events

    What you’ll bring: 

    • Experience working in product management, travel, hospitality, or a similar environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
    • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
    • Experience working with external partners and managing relationships
    • Comfort working with data, budgets, and operational systems
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Experience negotiating contracts or managing vendors is helpful
    • Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
