    We are looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join our team! Reporting to our VP of People, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to deliver a consistent employee experience, use people data to guide decisions, and introduce practical AI solutions that improve how work gets done.

    What we’ll offer:

     What you’ll do: 

    • Partner with managers to support hiring, performance, development, and employee relations while building strong working relationships
    • Use people data to identify trends, define problems, and recommend clear actions that improve outcomes
    • Support workforce planning by working with leadership and Finance to model and plan headcount needs
    • Track and evaluate the impact of HR programs, including engagement, retention, and development initiatives
    • Promote practical use of AI tools across HR processes, including hiring, analytics, and manager support
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions that simplify and scale ways of working
    • Design and deliver training and resources that strengthen manager capability, including feedback, performance management, and inclusive leadership
    • Lead and manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
    • Handle employee relations cases with sound judgment, clear communication, and consistent documentation
    • Maintain HR policies, processes, and data accuracy, ensuring alignment with US requirements and local practices across regions
    • Lead engagement surveys, analyze results, and partner with leaders to define and implement action plans
    • Provide day-to-day HR support to a global workforce across multiple locations and time zones

    What you’ll bring:

    • Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role supporting managers and teams
    • Ability to work with data, identify insights, and communicate recommendations in a clear and practical way
    • Experience using or exploring AI tools in a work environment, with an interest in applying them to improve outcomes
    • Knowledge of US employment practices and ability to navigate different regional requirements
    • Experience supporting employee relations topics and guiding managers through complex situations
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders across different teams and locations
    • Experience working in a global or distributed environment is helpful
