This is a hands-on Senior Business Analyst role for someone who is technically curious, AI-savvy, and eager to gain deep expertise in a mission-critical reservation platform. Beyond gathering requirements, you will analyse data, understand system behaviour, challenge assumptions with evidence, and leverage AI tools to drive faster, smarter problem-solving.

What You'll Do
- Reservation System Expertise: Develop strong functional expertise in a multi-brand reservation platform, including legacy and modern modules
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and reservation workflows from stakeholders.
- Data & Database Analysis: Perform SQL-based data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and validate business logic using database objects.
- Integration & API Understanding: Understand and document platform integrations, APIs, and data flows across internal and third-party systems.
- Business–Engineering Bridge: Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for engineering teams.
- AI Augmentation: Leverage AI tools, including LLMs and automation frameworks, to enhance business analysis, accelerate documentation, uncover data insights, and improve efficiency. Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to optimize reservation workflows and operational processes.
- Agile Practices, Support & Release Management: Lead Agile ceremonies, support UAT, coordinate releases, and manage platform configuration across brands.
What You'll Bring
- Professional Level: Senior Business Analyst with rich experience in travel, hospitality, or reservation/booking domains.
- Technical & Data Skills(Must-Have): Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, data structures, triggers, and data flow analysis.
- Integration Literacy (Must-Have): Practical understanding of APIs, REST services, system integrations, middleware, and data contracts.
- AI Fluency(Must-Have): Demonstrated habit of using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar)in your daily work for drafting specs, analysing data, generating test scenarios, or automating routine tasks. We are not looking for AI expertise, but for someone who has made AI part of how they work.
- Reservation / Booking Domain Knowledge: Experience with complex booking or reservation platforms supporting multiple brands or business units.
- Multi-Functional Collaboration & Agile Expertise: Ability to work across business, technology, and operations teams with hands-on Agile and SDLC experience.
- Tool Proficiency & Analytical Mindset: Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, data-driven problem solving, and exposure to AI-focused initiatives is an advantage.
