    Summary

    We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Interior Yacht Cleaner to join our Nassau base team. This hybrid role is responsible for supporting yacht turnaround operations by ensuring all laundry is processed efficiently and yachts are cleaned, stocked, and presented to the highest brand standards.

    Working in a busy charter environment, teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence are essential to ensure guests receive a first-class experience.

    What you will be doing:

    Laundry Operations

    • Complete all laundry-related tasks to support yacht turnaround schedules.
    • Sort, wash, dry, press, fold, and package all linen and textiles to required standards.
    • Operate washers, dryers, and finishing equipment safely and correctly.
    • Inspect linen for stains, damage, or wear and remove unsuitable items from circulation.
    • Prepare and distribute linen and towel packs for outbound charters.
    • Monitor stock levels of detergents, chemicals, and laundry consumables.
    • Maintain accurate linen inventory counts and records.
    • Report equipment faults and assist with basic preventative maintenance.
    • Keep the laundry area clean, safe, and organized at all times. Support base operations as needed during peak changeover periods while keeping laundry output on schedule and to standard.

    Interior Yacht Cleaning

    • Clean yacht cabins, bathrooms, heads, and all interior living spaces.
    • Make beds accurately and ensure all cabins are guest ready.
    • Clean storage lockers, cabinets, cushions, bunks, portholes, hatches, and floors.
    • Clean galleys including refrigerators, ice boxes, stoves, ovens, dishes, cookware, and utensils.
    • Clean under floorboards and bilges as required.
    • Sanitize bathrooms, drains, and high-touch surfaces.
    • Ensure yachts are stocked with linen, ice, and guest care packages.
    • Replenish onboard supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, and related items.
    • Carry out occasional deck cleaning duties when required.

    General Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily priorities with housekeeping, dock, and operations teams.
    • Ensure all yachts meet presentation standards before guest departure.
    • Report safety hazards or yacht maintenance issues immediately.
    • Support additional base operations during peak turnaround days.
    • Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.

    The ideal candidate with have:

    • Prior experience in a housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, or yacht cleaning is preferable.
    • Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment.
    • Ability to stand for long periods.
    • Capacity to lift 40-60 pounds unaided.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • The ability to work efficiently without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
    •  Available to work shifts and on weekends and holidays.
