    About the Role

This Senior Power BI Analyst role offers the opportunity to own and deliver Power BI dashboards for business‑critical programmes and initiatives as part of the central BI team in Bangalore. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, working closely with senior stakeholders to build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards that support informed business decision‑making.

    What we’ll offer:

    • Competitive salary
    • Bonus scheme
    • Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model
    • Strong opportunities for learning and collaboration with global teams
    • Clear opportunities for career development and progression

    What you’ll do:

    • Support BI initiatives end‑to‑end by sourcing data and delivering accurate, timely dashboards and insights that support business stakeholders and managers in decision‑making.
    • Consolidate and deliver dashboards with clear analysis, identifying trends and investigating variances.
    • Collaborate closely with fellow analysts and the Data Integration team to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
    • Continuously evolve reporting to enable stronger data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
    • Build, run, and enhance Power BI reports, applying advanced Power BI capabilities as a core requirement of the role.
    • Transform raw and complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
    • Design, build, and improve intuitive dashboards and data visualisations to support senior stakeholders, including members of the leadership team.
    • Work with large, complex datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner.

    What you’ll bring:

    • 6–8 years of experience in BI, reporting, or analytics roles, with a proven ability to independently own dashboard delivery end‑to‑end and work confidently with large, complex datasets.
    • Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and data modelling to build scalable, high‑performing dashboards.
    • Experience writing and understanding SQL is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated experience optimising Power BI models and reports for performance and scalability.
    • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, translating complex or ambiguous requirements into clear, impactful reporting solutions.
    • Proven ability to design intuitive, business‑focused dashboards with strong data visualisation and analytical storytelling skills, clearly presenting insights to senior audiences.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver with minimal guidance.
    • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Working knowledge of travel‑related data and reservation systems is desirable.

We believe people perform at their best when they can be their authentic selves, and that diverse teams deliver stronger outcomes. We are committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed. Travelopia is proud to be an inclusive employer.
