We are looking to hire a Sales Consultant to join our team! Reporting to Sales Team Leader. You will be part of our North American Contact Centre, handling inbound enquiries, creating bookings, and delivering a high standard of customer service to support commercial growth in line with business objectives. You will follow a structured sales framework, quality standards, and performance targets, keeping commercial outcomes front of mind. You will collaborate with the global Sales team and key departments to achieve booking targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, managing sales leads proactively, and consistently working towards agreed targets.
