    Campaign Management & Strategy

    • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
    • Manage and allocate $50K+ USD in weekly budgets across campaigns, geographies, and audience segments.
    • Drive performance against key metrics including leads, lead quality, and cost per lead — continuously refining campaigns to exceed targets.

    Data-Driven Optimization

    • Integrate offline conversion data (CRM, sales, booking systems) to optimize toward qualified leads and revenue — not just clicks.
    • Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and sales to align media investment with business outcomes.
    • Build and improve automated processes for data ingestion, bidding strategies, and reporting, including leveraging scripts to increase efficiency and performance.

    • Translate complex data into insights that inform budget allocation and long-term growth strategy.
    • Monitor competitive trends and market shifts to proactively adjust campaign direction

    What you’ll bring

    • 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with a strong track record of driving measurable growth at scale.
    • Experience managing weekly budgets of $50K+ USD.

    • Proven ability to integrate and optimize campaigns using offline conversion data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary CRM systems).
    • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
    • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions and strategy.
    • Experience collaborating across teams to align marketing investment with broader business goals.

    • Experience in travel, luxury, or other high-consideration purchase categories.
    • Experience managing paid search campaigns in UK or German-speaking markets
