We are looking to hire a Sales Team Leader to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Sales, in this role, you will drive revenue growth and maximise conversion by empowering your team to consistently perform at their best through strategic sales leadership and hands-on daily management.
This is a hybrid role, working from our Surbiton office every Wednesday and Thursday to collaborate closely with the team and the wider business. Flexibility to travel is preferred, as the position includes up to 10 days of educational travel each year to experience one of our adventures firsthand - an invaluable opportunity for building product expertise and ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer experience.
