We are looking to hire a Production Graphic Designerto join our team! Reporting to our Art Director, you’ll support the execution of design work across our marketing channels, working in both digital and print formats. You’ll focus on accuracy, consistency, and efficiency, ensuring all creative assets meet brand standards and production requirements. You’ll take established concepts and templates and turn them into pixel-perfect and print-ready assets, while staying organized and responsive in a fast-moving environment.

This is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract position.

What you’ll do:

• Translate campaign direction, messaging, and itineraries into polished, brand-aligned visual assets.
• Apply and support the evolution of established brand guidelines, typography systems, and visual standards across digital and print materials, including brochures, sales collateral, email, social assets, event branding, and guest communications.
• Partner with writers and marketing teammates to align visuals with tone, narrative, and performance goals.
• Participate in creative reviews and refine work based on feedback from the Art Director and Creative Director.
• Maintain a high standard for layout, typography, composition, pacing, and visual clarity.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines using an organized workflow, adapting to shifting priorities as needed.
• Support the Art Director by maintaining templates, asset libraries, and production-ready files to ensure consistency across channels.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering production-focused design work within a studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
• A portfolio that shows strong execution and attention to detail across print and digital formats.
• Experience working with luxury, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is helpful, but not required.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence taking work from concept through production-ready files.
• Solid skills in layout, typography, and composition, with a consistently high standard for accuracy and quality.
• Comfort designing for both digital and print channels, including email, direct mail, and long-form collateral.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a structured workflow and meet deadlines reliably.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, including giving and receiving feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with brand systems, design templates, and creative operations tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and an interest in learning emerging technologies as design practices evolve.
