We are seeking a motivated and focused Business Analyst to join our Product team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and collaborating with partners to deliver solutions that align with our product strategy.

What You’ll Do:
- Requirements Gathering: Collect, analyse, and document business requirements aligned with product goals.
- Customer Management: Communicate effectively, handle expectations, and align cross-team interests.
- Product Strategy Alignment: Work with the Product Owner to prioritise initiatives and support strategic direction.
- Multi-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, creative, and data teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Data & Insights: Use analytics tools (GA, GTM, CRM systems, trackers) to identify trends and guide product decisions.
- Business–Engineering Bridge: Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and support technical discussions.
- Agile Practices Leadership: Lead grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and support development/UAT activities.
- Release Management: Oversee feature readiness, support deployment, and capture customer feedback for iteration.
What You’ll Bring:
- Professional Level: Mid-senior level Business Analyst with strong analytical, communication, and social skills.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of product strategy, market trends, and data-based insights.
- Multi-functional Collaboration: Shown capability to partner effectively with multi-functional teams and handle partner expectations.
- Agile Expertise: Skilled in Agile practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and familiar with SDLC processes.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for documentation, tracking, and collaboration.
- Release Coordination: Experienced in supporting and coordinating smooth feature releases end-to-end.
- AI Project Exposure: Added advantage of contributing to or supporting AI-focused initiatives.
