    We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to join Kalos Golf, playing a key role in strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across the business.

    This is a remote role, however the successful candidate should be open to travel to Bangalore and other international locations as required for collaboration, business reviews, or key projects.

    The role will partner closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders, delivering clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making for both Kalos Golf and the wider Travelopia group.

    What You’ll Do:

    Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Analyse financial performance against key business metrics and provide insights to senior leadership

    • Build, maintain, and enhance three-statement financial models to support strategic decision-making

    • Prepare and manage detailed cash flow forecasts, incorporating business trends and operational inputs

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, partnering closely with department heads

    • Prepare monthly forecasts, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions

    • Monitor risks and opportunities impacting cash flow and EBITDA

    • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure alignment between historical results and forecasts

    Strategic & Ad-hoc Analysis

    • Support strategic planning initiatives through scenario and sensitivity analysis

    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business and growth decisions

    • Prepare clear, executive-ready reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

    Process Improvement

    • Identify and implement improvements in FP&A processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency

    • Leverage systems, tools, and best practices to enhance financial reporting and analysis

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Experience in FP&A, financial planning, or financial analysis, ideally in a corporate or PE-backed environment

    • Strong hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling

    • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and reporting systems

    • Proven experience partnering with US and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

    • Clear and confident communicator, able to distil complex data into actionable insights

    • Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

    • Working hours are aligned to US business: 3:00am–11:00am EST (1:30 pm–9:30 pm IST)
