    • 25 vacation days
    • Health and Dental package
    • Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
    • Remote working
    • Travel opportunities and discounts

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead regional new customer acquisition strategy, setting vision and priorities for campaigns and partnerships
    • Develop and deliver top-down regional acquisition plans that connect awareness, consideration, and conversion into cohesive campaigns
    • Own and manage regional campaign and acquisition marketing calendars
    • Track and report performance against new customer acquisition targets
    • Identify and develop commercially strategic partnerships that drive high-value customer acquisition and strengthen market presence
    • Develop strategic briefs that inspire high-performing channel execution
    • Provide clear recommendations on budget shifts and channel mix based on performance analysis
    • Lead all aspects of budget allocation and scenario planning to maximise return on investment
    • Manage agency relationships at a strategic level, driving accountability and performance
    • Ensure regional alignment with global strategies and best practices
    • Collaborate with Media, PR, Web, CRM, and Search teams to integrate channel activity into unified, results-driven campaigns
    • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy and optimise performance
    • Manage the Campaigns & Partnerships Senior Executive, providing direction, development, and support to ensure effective campaign execution

    What you’ll bring:

    • Established expertise in marketing, with a focus on acquisition and campaign leadership
    • Proven success in driving customer growth through strategic, cross-channel campaigns
    • Skilled in partnership marketing and managing agencies at a strategic level
    • Experienced in owning commercial targets and delivering acquisition results
    • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy
    • Strong influencing skills to align cross-functional and agency teams to a shared vision
