We are looking to hire a Sales Team Lead & Business Development Manager - LATAM to join our team! Reporting tothe Head of Sales - US, LATAM & Groups, you will lead a Sales team based in Costa Rica and the USA in delivering a premium level of service to all customers through knowledge, skills and your experience. You will show a passion for travel and people management, inspiring the team to excel in their day-to-day roles and support in their future development.

What you’ll do
As Team Leader:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
Create a positive, high‑energy team culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and fun.
Monitor performance metrics, quality, call volumes, and service levels to ensure consistent delivery.
Provide real‑time coaching, structured feedback, and tailored development plans.
Identify training needs and deliver ongoing product, process, and soft‑skills sessions.
Support onboarding and successful integration of new team members.
Run daily huddles, regular 1:1s, SMART reviews, and team updates.
Manage attendance, performance issues, and policy adherence in partnership with the Head of Sales.
Communicate product and process updates clearly and consistently.
Handle escalations with professionalism and a customer‑first mindset.
Represent the team on occasional educational or destination trips.
As BDM:
Strengthening and growing existing commercial relationships across Latin America.
Identify and convert new business opportunities that drive sustainable revenue.
Build and execute a regional growth strategy with clear goals for acquisition, engagement, and long‑term value.
Represent the company during partner visits, industry meetings, and occasional travel within Latin America.
Serve as the main point of contact for new business accounts, managing onboarding, communication, and relationship development.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading high‑performing sales teams, ideally within a call center or fast‑paced sales environment.
Strong people‑management skills, including coaching, performance management, and development.
Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to handle complex or sensitive issues.
Commercial awareness and the ability to align team goals with broader business objectives.
Fluent English communication (written and verbal); Spanish fluency assumed for LATAM interactions.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
A proactive, positive role model who embraces change and leads through it.
High energy, resilience, and the ability to inspire others.
Flexibility to support events, peak periods, or occasional extended hours when needed.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for business.
Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development with a track record of growing accounts or closing deals.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
