We are looking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative team! Reporting to the Art Director, you’ll design polished, brand‑aligned creative across print and digital channels, helping us connect with travelers through clear, thoughtful, and consistent visual storytelling. You’ll take a campaign direction or early concept and develop it into production‑ready assets such as brochure layouts, social and web visuals, presentations, and other guest‑facing materials.

What you’ll do:
Translate campaign direction, messaging, and itineraries into high‑quality visual assets that align with the brand.
Apply and help evolve brand guidelines, typography systems, and visual standards across materials for both the TCS World Travel brand and partners, including brochures, sales collateral, email, social, event branding, and guest communications.
Collaborate with writers and marketing partners to ensure visuals support tone, narrative, and campaign goals.
Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback from the Art Director and Creative Director.
Bring strong design craft to layout, typography, composition, pacing, and visual clarity.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines using an organized workflow, adapting as priorities change.
Support the Art Director with templates, asset libraries, and production‑ready file management to keep work consistent across channels.
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrated experience delivering design work in a studio, agency, or in‑house creative team environment.
A portfolio that shows strong design thinking and execution across print and digital.
Experience designing for luxury, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is helpful, but it isn’t required.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence taking work from concept to production‑ready files.
Strong skills in layout, typography, and composition, with a consistently high bar for quality and precision.
Comfort designing across channels, including email, web and social assets, direct mail, and long‑form collateral.
Clear communication and collaboration skills, including giving and receiving feedback in a constructive way.
Familiarity with brand systems, templates, and creative operations practices that support consistency at scale.
Familiarity with AI‑enabled design tools and an interest in learning emerging technologies as the design landscape evolves.
