We are looking to hire a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to Guest Services Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of creating smooth and memorable experiences for our guests, making sure everything behind the scenes runs flawlessly. Working closely with the Guest Services Managers, you’ll coordinate a variety of administrative and operational tasks from managing data and preparing documents to checking details and helping answer questions, so every trip starts on the right note. This role combines attention to detail with teamwork, giving you the chance to collaborate across departments, step in where needed, and play a key role in delivering seamless and enjoyable experiences for our travelers.

What you’ll do:
Enter, verify, and maintain data in the customer management system, resolving errors or following up on unclear information.
Review reports and documents to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Organize trip-related materials and manage general administrative tasks.
Coordinate phone coverage and act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing clear answers to common questions.
Assist with guest reservations when needed.
Occasionally travel to check-ins and support trip departures with team members.
Follow all Health & Safety standards and company Safety Management System (SMS) guidelines.
Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
What you’ll bring:
Experience in office administration or similar roles.
Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases, and phone systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
Interest in travel or exposure to international environments is helpful but not required.
