We’re looking for a Designer to join our team on a maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you’ll partner with the Design Lead, Creative Director, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative that drives impact across every customer touchpoint.

What you’ll do
Create high-quality design assets across CRM, social media, websites, paid media, and print
Deliver campaign creative across multiple formats, channels, and markets
Adapt designs for different audiences, languages, and destinations
Collaborate with the Design Lead, Creative Director, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
Contribute to both brand and performance marketing initiatives
Support website updates and landing page design
Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
Use AI tools to support ideation, creative development, and production workflows
Stay current with design trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or in-house environment
A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, print, and campaign work
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, websites, and paid advertising
Understanding of how creative performs across different marketing channels
Experience using AI-powered design tools such as Pencil AI or similar
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work at pace
Confidence working with feedback and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Interest or experience in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality brands is a plus
Motion design, video editing, or After Effects experience is an advantage
Additional languages are a plus, but not required
