We are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to join our team! Reporting to the Product Owner, you’ll support and continuously improve Salesforce platforms for our North American brands, delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support business goals and enhance user experience.

What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including security, user access, data quality, reporting, and integrations
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages
Support Salesforce release cycles by implementing updates, enhancements, and new features
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, including Tier 1 support requests
Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes
Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users
Collaborate with colleagues across Technology and Product teams to support integrated systems
Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities
What you’ll bring
Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment
Salesforce Certification
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, including user management, security models, automation tools, reports, and dashboards
Familiarity with Flows, approval processes, and Salesforce automation
Experience supporting data migration and system integrations
Exposure to Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Apex
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in English and support North American business hours
