We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Executive to join our busy Product & Commercial team. Reporting to our Head of Product Management, you’ll help deliver award-winning small-group adventure holidays, supporting our Africa region while collaborating closely with the wider product team.
You’ll liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience at every stage of their journey. This is a varied role combining operational and administrative support, and we’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude who is eager to contribute to the success of our team.

What you’ll do:
Assist with all aspects of product planning, contracting and operational support.
Support with day-to-day queries and tasks for your areas, acting as a key point of contact for overseas suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure tour content is accurate and up to date.
Ensure contracts, PLI and risk assessments are in place for all trips and filed correctly.
Awareness of your markets and understanding of competitive offering.
Support the wider business with arrangements for staff travel & familiarisation trips.
What you’ll bring:
At least one year’s experience in the travel industry, preferably within a Product, Operations or Commercial setting
Knowledge of, and first-hand travel experience within the African continent
Excellent attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven problem-solving skills, confidently coordinating across internal teams and overseas suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
A passion for helping provide a quality product which results in high customer satisfaction
Commercial awareness
Proactive, self-starting approach
Clear and professional written English
