Salary: depends on experience

Accomodation: temporarily included on a boat
Contract: 35h/week – Mon to Fri - full time permanent (CDI)
Line Manager: Project manager and Supervisor

Are you a GRP Expert with extensive experience repairing fiberglass boats and willing to join us for a mission? We are hiring a highly skilled expert gel coat and fiberglass repairs technician working on our fleet based in Hesse.

What you will be doing

Repairing and finishing our fleet at our base in Hesse (over 70 boats)
Finishing gel coat by hand using a variety of tools, and removing imperfections
Completing large and small repairs using gel and fiberglass
Meeting scheduled deadlines by working directly with Supervisors and the Project Manager
Adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality is maintained at all times
Working in line with manufacturer standards
Carrying out hull and superstructure repairs on our fleet

What we are looking for:

Skills in repairing structural damage on fiberglass boats
Extensive experience and knowledge in a similar role recently
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Ability to adhere to safety standards and work safely
The work is quite physical; good health and physical fitness are required.
Fluency or in English or in French.
Fully eligible to work in France.
