We are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance team, serving as the primary financial partner between Finance and TCS business departments to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.
The FP&A Analyst is responsible for leading TCS's financial rhythm of business (ROB), including the annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes, as well as developing forward-looking financial models and analytics to support business decisions. This role partners closely with teams across Finance, including Accounting, Procurement and FP&A, as well as with business leaders in Operations, Procurement and Human Resources to understand key business drivers, deliver actionable financial insights and help optimize TCS's financial performance.

What you’ll do:
Own the end-to-end FP&A rhythm of business, including the annual planning, forecasting and strategic planning processes (e.g., long-range planning).
Leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline existing processes, improve efficiency and enhance decision-making across the FP&A function.
Develop actionable insights into the key drivers of business performance and deliver forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with Finance and cross-functional business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis, performance monitoring and the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead FP&A reporting for the parent company by consolidating financial results, business insights and executive-level commentary.
Partner with the Data & Reporting team to enhance FP&A reporting, dashboards and analytical insights.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Travel Requirements
This role requires travel to our Seattle office during the initial onboarding and training period. Travel and related expenses will be covered by TCS.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative discipline
Relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis or a related business analysis role
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex data from multiple sources to support business objectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and transformation
Demonstrated team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating initiative, curiosity and sound judgment
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, ERP systems and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude
