We are looking to hire a Sales Consultantto join our team! Reporting to SalesTeam Leader. You will be part of our North American Contact Centre, handling inbound enquiries, creating bookings, and delivering a high standard of customer service to support commercial growth in line with business objectives. You will follow a structured sales framework, quality standards, and performance targets, keeping commercial outcomes front of mind. You will collaborate with the global Sales team and key departments to achieve booking targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, managing sales leads proactively, and consistently working towards agreed targets.

Base Salary + Commission gives possibility for R430k OTE on the 1st year.

What you’ll do:
Respond to sales enquiries via inbound calls, email, and live chat
Make outbound sales calls when required to support demand
Work towards and achieve (or exceed) monthly sales targets and KPIs
Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to deposit and confirmation
Collaborate closely with the post-sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Deliver a high standard of customer service at all time
Qualify and convert sales enquiries using effective sales techniques, including understanding customer needs and closing sales
Share your travel knowledge and expertise with customers
What you’ll bring:
Experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets
Knowledge of global destinations and an interest in adventure travel
Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Experience working with and contributing to sales KPIs
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Motivation to build a long-term career in sales
