We’re looking for a bold, curious and creatively driven Conceptual Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll play a key role in re-shaping how our brand shows up in the world — from Instagram and YouTube to integrated campaigns, print and immersive experiences. You’ll succeed in this role if you think in ideas and stories, and know how to design work that captures attention and drives engagement.
You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership teams to turn luxury travel into scroll-stopping, share-worthy creative, with the freedom to bring bold ideas to life across global audiences.

What you’ll do:
Create standout design across social media, digital campaigns, print, boat shows, email and other brand touchpoints
Deliver high-quality production design for both print and digital outputs
Develop compelling visual concepts for campaigns, platforms, projects and launches, building on brand guidelines
Apply strong social-first and digital-first thinking, grounded in best practice
Edit and produce platform-led video content using motion and video skills
Design and animate motion graphics for video and other dynamic assets
Use AI tools to support and enhance content creation and design workflows
Help evolve and elevate the brand identity over time
Spot emerging trends and translate them into creative opportunities
Challenge existing approaches to deliver fresh, high-impact, story-led design solutions
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What you’ll bring:
Experience in graphic or conceptual design, ideally within a fast-paced creative environment
Strong portfolio showcasing social-first, digital, print, and motion-led creative work
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Experience designing for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (or similar motion tools)
Advanced Illustrator skills (including live trace)
Experience with InDesign, including variable data workflows
Understanding of print production specs, including large format printing
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively
Nice to Have:
Experience in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality brands
Photography and/or videography skills
Understanding of UI and digital product design
Experience contributing to content ideas and campaign concepts
