We're now hiring a Sales Agent to join our successful team in Saint-Raphaël, right on the beautiful French Riviera!
Reporting directly to the Leopard Catamaran Sales Manager - Europe, you’ll play a key role in selling luxury yachts to our European customer base.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with sales experience, strong French and English language skills and knowledge of the nautical industry!
What we’ll offer:
Competitive base salary (€25,000 to €30,000) and OTE (€80,000+ in year 1, with potential to increase from year 2-3 onwards)

What you’ll do:
Quickly develop strong product knowledge in Leopard Catamarans' sail and power yachts
Manage leads and sales through our CRM, HubSpot, from first contact to signed contract
Follow up, nurture, and convert prospects into sales while achieving and building on targets
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans in collaboration with the Yacht Sales Marketing team
Engage with social media, forums, and industry blogs to stay connected and informed
Represent the brand at boat shows, trade events, and client sea trials
Coordinate yacht showings, client visits, and sea trials
Travel to boat and trade shows, as well as other business meetings, as required
What you’ll bring:
Experience in sales, ideally within high-value or consultative environments
Fluency in French & English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A flexible, adaptable, proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confidence to support clients through the sales process from first contact to close
Motivated and committed to delivering results
Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional evenings to support international clients
Confidence in presenting information clearly and effectively - in person, over the phone, and via email
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (CRM/ HubSpot experience a plus)
Knowledge of the nautical industry is highly desired
