Accomodation: temporarily included on a boat
Contract: 35h/week – Mon to Fri - full time fix term 6 months (CDD)

Are you a GRP Expert with extensive experience repairing fiberglass boats and willing to join us for a mission? We are hiring a highly skilled expert gel coat and fiberglass repairs technician working on our fleet based in Hesse. 

What you will be doing

• Repairing and finishing our fleet at our base in Hesse (over 70 boats)
• Finishing gel coat by hand using a variety of tools, and removing imperfections
• Completing large and small repairs using gel and fiberglass
• Meeting scheduled deadlines by working directly with Supervisors and the Project Manager
• Adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality is maintained at all times
• Working in line with manufacturer standards
• Carrying out hull and superstructure repairs on our fleet

What we are looking for:

• Skills in repairing structural damage on fiberglass boats
• Extensive experience and knowledge in a similar role recently
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and work safely
• The work is quite physical; good health and physical fitness are required.
• Fluency or in English or in French.
• Fully eligible to work in France.
