    What You’ll Do

    • Own and develop the customer data strategy: Partner with the Head of CRM to plan and deliver Le Boat’s long-term data strategy, ensuring the HubSpot database is structured, scalable, and fit for purpose.
    • Manage database performance and integrity: Maintain a high-quality single customer view, ensuring accurate, secure, and compliant data flows to and from HubSpot.
    • Enable business teams through data: Act as the HubSpot subject-matter expert, supporting Sales and Marketing teams with queries, training, and self-serve capabilities.
    • Support growth and lead generation: Ensure end-to-end processes for capturing, managing, and storing customer data are effective, GDPR-compliant, and optimised to support growth targets.
    • Deliver reporting and insights: Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reporting to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.
    • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with CRM, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams, as well as HubSpot partners, to deliver data-driven solutions.
    • Drive continuous improvement: Identify system enhancements, troubleshoot data issues, and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and data quality.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Strong HubSpot expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM architecture, data models, custom properties, integrations, automation, and data quality management.
    • Data management and governance experience: A solid background managing large datasets, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management: Confidence working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Delivery focus: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Growth mindset: Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously learn and develop deeper data and analytics capabilities.
