    We are looking to hire a Copywriter to join our global team! Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand, crafting content that grabs attention, sparks curiosity, and makes people imagine their next holiday on the water.

    We’re looking for someone sharp, curious and creatively fearless. We want someone who thinks in stories, writes for attention and knows how to adapt their voice across channels.

    You will create a wide range of content, including website copy, social media paid and organic posts, email campaigns, brochures and print ads, ensuring your words bring to life the freedom, comfort and unique experiences that make a Le Boat holiday so special. You’ll stay ahead of competitors, and work with the Creative Director, Creative Production Manager and marketing team to deliver copy that connects with audiences around the world and drives bookings.

    What you’ll do:

    • Write standout copy for CRM, social, digital campaigns, website, and print
    • Craft engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and brand messaging
    • Develop creative concepts for campaigns and launches
    • Bring a social-first and CRM-first mindset to everything you write
    • Adapt tone effortlessly from playful to premium to persuasive
    • Help evolve and refine our brand voice
    • Spot trends early and turn them into content opportunities
    • Challenge “how it’s always been written”
    • Manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment

    What you’ll bring:

    • Love travel, lifestyle, and luxury brands
    • Proven experience in copywriting or content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing social, digital, CRM, and campaign work
    • Understand how copy performs on social, in CRM, and for SEO, including leveraging insights from AI/LLM tools to optimise content
    • Think in storytelling, structure, and tone
    • Have a growth mindset and aren’t afraid to experiment
    • Care deeply about craft and clarity
    • Proven ability to write across multiple tones and formats, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
    • Strong editing and proofreading skills
    • Understanding of basic marketing and conversion principles
    • Thrive in small teams, working independently and collaboratively
    • Not required, but additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus
