    We are entering our next and most exciting phase of growth on our way to becoming the world's leading business for private luxury custom travel. We are now looking for an exceptional sales leader to join our senior leadership team and drive our global sales agenda.

    The Global Vice President of Sales is a pivotal leadership role within Enchanting Travels, responsible for setting and executing the global sales strategy and driving performance across our core source markets: North America, Germany, and the UK.

    Based in Denver, USA, this role will report directly to the Managing Director of Enchanting Travels and sit on the company’s Senior Leadership Team as well as in the Travelopia Sales Leadership Group, which has leaders from iconic travel brands such as TCS, Quark, Moorings, etc.

    The Global VP of Sales will lead a talented sales organization of approximately 70 team members worldwide, including four direct reports.

    This leader will be responsible for shaping the sales strategy, driving conversion and revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and leading the organization through an AI-enabled sales transformation that sets new benchmarks in efficiency, personalization, and customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

    • Own the global sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Enchanting Travels’ growth ambitions
    • Deliver revenue and profitability targets across all core source markets
    • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and monitor performance against goals
    • Define and refine sales processes, metrics, and incentive structures that drive conversion and accountability

    Conversion & Sales Enablement Excellence

    • Direct and oversee the sales enablement efforts to enhance team effectiveness, productivity, and guest satisfaction
    • Oversee pipeline management, conversion optimization, and CRM performance
    • Implement data-driven insights to identify opportunities and improve win rates
    • Partner with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure end-to-end alignment between lead generation, sales, and guest experience

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing global sales organization
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development for regional heads and sales managers
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement across teams and markets
    • Lead by example with integrity, transparency, and empathy

    Transformation & Innovation (AI and CRM)

    • Direct the modernization of sales processes through AI-powered tools and analytics
    • Champion innovation in lead management, personalization, and guest engagement
    • Ensure that technology and automation are leveraged to enhance, not replace, the human touch central to Enchanting Travels’ service ethos

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience & Expertise

    • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes
    • Demonstrated success in building operational excellence and effective sales systems that drive consistency and conversion
    • Experience designing and executing scalable sales architectures, processes, and performance management frameworks
    • Strong people development skills with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate senior leaders and their teams to higher performance levels
    • Ability to lead confidently and assertively while fostering collaboration and accountability
    • Experience in leading larger sales organizations and guiding them through transformation and growth
    • Demonstrated success in driving sustained revenue growth
    • Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or luxury services sectors is an advantage but not required
    • Multicultural leadership experience is a plus

    What We Offer

    • Base salary of USD180,000-190,000 + annual performance-based bonus of 15-30%
