We are looking to hire a Creative Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll run the systems that keep the Creative team focused across all projects and channels. This role owns workflows, resources, budgets, and vendors to ensure projects move from brief to delivery with discipline and reliability. Acting as the operational hub across Creative, Marketing, Product, CRM, Web, and external vendors, this role protects the team’s focus, drives projects forward, and provides the structure leadership needs to make informed decisions. This role is fully remote in Canada.

    What we’ll offer:

    • 15 vacation days + 6 PTO days
    • Competitive salary
    • Birthdays Off
    • RRSP and DPSP Retirement Plan
    • Health and dental plans after 3 months of service

    What you’ll do:

    • Lead the Creative operating model from intake to delivery, establish stage gates, landmarks, and accountability.
    • Build and maintain capacity and resourcing plans, forecast workloads, and flag trade-offs accordingly.
    • Translate briefs into actionable workflows and deliverables, holding partners accountable for clarity and inputs on critical paths.
    • Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to align on project plans, communicate achievements, and ensure delivery stays on track.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks with solutions, and enforce delivery standards.
    • Handle freelance and vendor programs: rosters, contracts, scopes, budgets, and invoicing.
    • Maintain project management tools as the single source of truth for schedules and status.
    • Standardize templates, toolkits, and asset practices for consistency and efficiency.
    • Produce concise reporting on pipeline, resourcing, and budget performance for leadership.
    • Introduce process improvements and automation (e.g., template workflows, data-merge pipelines) to free creative capacity.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Extensive experience in creative operations or production management within an agency or luxury brand.
    • Proven success in implementing workflows and improving delivery reliability for creative teams.
    • Strong understanding of digital, print, video/film, and experiential production for a luxury brand.
    • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and freelance resources.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Smartsheet); familiarity with Adobe CC, Figma, and DAM systems.
    • Skilled communicator able to align cross-functional partners and influence without direct authority while protecting Creative priorities.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and steady under pressure; able to balance detail with big-picture priorities.

We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves, and diverse teams drive better results. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.

Travelopia ensures an inclusive workplace for all. If you need accommodations during the recruitment process, please inform us here: Talent@Travelopia.com
