We are looking to hire a Sales Specialistto join our team! Reporting to SalesTeam Leader, you’ll be part of our North American Contact Centre, handling inbound enquiries, creating bookings, and delivering a high standard of customer service that turns interest into confirmed sales. Working closely with the global Sales team and other key departments, you will follow a structured sales framework, manage your pipeline proactively, and keep commercial targets front of mind, with a strong focus on lead-to-booking conversion and consistently achieving performance goals.
What we’ll offer:
Base Salary + Commission gives possibility for $35k OTE on the 1st year.

What you’ll do:
Respond to sales enquiries via inbound calls, emails, and live chat, with occasional outbound calls when demand requires
Work towards clear sales KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
Manage your pipeline of leads and quotes, working with customers to tailor and refine their travel packages
Create and process bookings from initial enquiry through to deposit and booking confirmation
Book flights for customers using Amadeus GDS
Use consultative sales skills to qualify enquiries, understand customer needs, build rapport, and confidently close sales
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey, working closely with our post-sale team to ensure a smooth handover
Demonstrate strong destination and travel knowledge in every customer interaction
Build long-term relationships with both travel agent partners and repeat customers
What you’ll bring:
A strong background in sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Experience converting leads into bookings in a target-driven sales environment
Solid geographical knowledge and a genuine passion for travel, ideally adventure travel
Confidence using sales frameworks, with an openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
Experience working with KPIs and contributing to their growth in a commercial setting
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Previous experience using Amadeus or another GDS system (preferred)
High standards of customer service, with strong attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt positively to change, and learn quickly
An engaged, ambitious mindset with an interest in building a long-term career in travel
