Line Manager: Project manager and Supervisor

Are you a GRP Expert with extensive experience repairing fiberglass boats and willing to join us for a mission? We are hiring a highly skilled expert team to manage gel coat and fiberglass repairs on our fleet. This specific project is a 6-month contract, and you will travel with the project team to Belgium, the Netherlands, North of France, and South of France. Travel and accommodation will be provided.

What you will be doing

Repairing and finishing boats in our fleet based in Saint-Jean-de-Losne, 21170 France, with travel and accommodation provided

• Finishing gel coat by hand using a variety of tools, and removing imperfections
• Completing large and small repairs using gel and fiberglass
• Meeting scheduled deadlines by working directly with Supervisors and the Project Manager
• Adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality is always maintained
• Working in line with manufacturer standards
• Carrying out hull and superstructure repairs on our fleet

What we are looking for:

• Skills in repairing structural damage on fiberglass boats
• Extensive experience and knowledge in a similar role
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and work safely
• The work is quite physical; good health and physical fitness are required.
• Fully eligible to work in EU (France)
