We’re expanding in APAC and hiring a Singapore-based Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Southeast Asia and India to own net-new revenue by building a high-quality pipeline and converting new partner opportunities in key markets. This hire will strengthen and scale indirect channel partnerships—while uplifting select existing accounts into higher-producing status, alongside the Regional Sales Director APAC
What We Offer
Base salary of SGD 6,000 - 9,500 per month.
Incentive: Eligible for up to 30% On-Target Earnings (OTE), payable monthly
Generous paid time off
Requires international travel within territory and events (~30% annually)
Flexible remote options where candidate needs to have home office setup.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow existing sales pipeline while proactively developing new business opportunities across target markets
Identify market trends and customers need to build a strong short-, mid-, and long-term sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
Prospect and onboard new agencies across retail consortia and wholesale channels to generate new revenue.
Drive conversion performance and elevate underperforming accounts into high-revenue producing partnerships
Deliver engaging product training (virtual and in-person) and represent the brand at key industry events to maximize exposure
Leverage Salesforce and Softrip to track performance, manage offers, and collaborate cross-functionally on leads and account strategy.
What You’ll Bring
Solid progressive experience in sales and business development, ideally within travel, hospitality, or related sectors
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate product value and influence stakeholders
Solid understanding of retail and wholesale distribution channels with a proven ability to identify and convert new opportunities
Customer-centric mindset, able to assess traveler needs and recommend solutions that enhance overall experience
Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage schedules, travel, and priorities independently
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory) and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
