We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager - Private Custom Travel to join our team! Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll oversee and drive marketing efforts tailored to our high-net-worth guests. This role involves developing the multi-year marketing strategy, defining and understanding the PCT target guest, developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing budgets, tracking performance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and ensure brand consistency.
Lead the strategic marketing planning for private custom travel, including market analysis, campaign development, and performance tracking to drive growth and customer happiness.
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans aligned with annual business goals to drive demand for tailored travel itineraries
Collaborate with internal Marketing, Sales, and product teams, as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and support channel execution
Work closely with Marketing Directors to ensure alignment to TCS brand and jet marketing strategies, and marketing managers and channel owners to integrate and complete PCT initiatives through a thoughtful customer journey, including digital, traditional, and owned channels.
Partner with the B2B team to drive awareness of Private Custom Travel (PCT) through travel advisor communities and Partners, employing industry relationships and targeted marketing initiatives.
Partner with Creative Director to enhance creative approach to PCT and set up long term plan for increased creative needs
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership on a quarterly basis
Lead and reconcile the marketing budget, ensuring efficient prioritization based on performance trends and business needs
Provide data-driven recommendations to guide future marketing investments and strategy shifts
Identify process improvements to streamline workflows, optimize campaign tracking, and improve reporting capabilities
What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing
Proven experience in luxury marketing to high-net-worth guests.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
