We’re looking for a CRM Email Marketing and Automation Manager to join our team! This role reports to the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, with a dotted-line connection to the CRM team. You'll drive highly targeted, personalized, and data-driven email communications — including automated and triggered campaigns — to improve customer engagement and increase repeat bookings. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Care, and Overseas Operations, to ensure seamless and impactful communication strategies.

What you’ll do
Own and optimize our automated customer journey program across global markets, including welcome, in-market, booking anniversary, welcome-home, win-back, and loyalty campaigns, ensuring all contacts have a positive experience of the brand, feel informed, supported, and confident to progress along the customer journey.
Manage the day-to-day operations of email marketing sends, including building emails; compiling and crafting copy and content; setting up segment variants, using dynamic content tools to create personalized email experiences based on customer preferences and ensuring timely deployment.
Collaborate with the design, content and translation teams to ensure consistency and impact, developing and refining product content as well as rich-lifestyle content and ensuring relevant offers remain up to date.
Provide ad-hoc support on BAU and newsletter email campaigns as and when required.
Automated Workflow Technical Oversight
Own the success of the customer journey automated workflows and how they interact, ensuring clear mapping and wider documentation of the workflows and integrations.
Build and optimize workflows to ensure the correct ‘entry’ and ‘exit’ criteria are used, lists are set up correctly for sends and HubDB tables and Smart Content modules are used to personalize content.
Use send-time optimization software and ‘Movable Ink’ software functionality to improve email engagement.
Reporting & Learning
Monitor workflow and email campaign performance, suggesting and implementing optimizations based on performance data.
Deploy a continuous test-measure-learn program (AB testing) to optimize impact.
Build reports within HubSpot - deliver monthly reporting and insights to enhance our automation and communication strategy
Become the HubSpot automation expert for Yachts - continuously learning new functionality and suggesting inclusion in Beta trials.
Seek ways to enhance and improve our automated marketing, identifying new segments, tactics and channels beyond email.
What you’ll Bring
Experience creating emails in HubSpot Marketing and managing workflow automations on an enterprise-level CRM.
Current HubSpot Email Marketing Certification (last 3 years) with experience in Movable Ink preferred.
Proven track record in delivering high-impact email campaigns that improve customer engagement, response rates, and repeat bookings.
Strong understanding of customer insights, segmentation, list building, and database analysis; experience with a first-party business is advantageous.
Excellent reporting skills within CRM platforms, along with practical experience using Google Analytics and Power BI.
HTML coding skills and knowledge of HubSpot Design Manager would be beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail, copywriting, and content management to build compelling emails.
A growth mindset, with a desire to test, learn, take personal responsibility, and collaborate effectively in a global team.
Experience in the travel or luxury sector, and an interest in sailing, is desirable.
