We’re hiring a Revenue Analyst, who will play a critical role in reporting, analyzing, and optimizing our revenue streams. This role sits within Finance, with Sales Leadership as your primary customer. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate sales and revenue reporting, uncovering insights into how they interact, and helping drive more accurate forecasting.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in financial and revenue modeling, and the ability to present complex data clearly and effectively. You will develop and update sales and revenue models, build and track key performance indicators, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do:
Data & Reporting: Analyze sales metrics and pipeline data; produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
Forecasting & Planning: Build revenue forecasts with Sales and Finance; support budgeting and strategy using trends and insights.
Lead & Target Management: Support the design and allocation of leads, accounts, and targets.
Incentive Compensation: Assist with creating and managing sales incentive plans; ensure accurate commission tracking and payments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Group teams around unified revenue data and strategy.
Pipeline Management: Monitor pipeline health, identify gaps, and work with sales teams to improve performance.
CRM (HubSpot) Support: Maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, and develop reports and dashboards; provide user support and training.
Tools & Technology: Support sales and finance tech stack; find opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field — or equivalent experience.
Experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance, or another analytical role.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot), BI tools (Power BI), and Excel/MS Office.
High-level analytical capability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent organization, time management, and project management capabilities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication; highly collaborative.
Experience supporting quota-carrying sales teams in fast-paced environments.
High attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy.
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement approach.
Familiarity with sales compensation or commission structures (nice to have).
Preferred Experience
Background in high-volume service or hospitality industries.
Data visualization or advanced analytics experience.
Exposure to change management or sales transformation.
