We're looking for an Onboard Polar Travel Advisor for our Quark brand, you’ll be working and living on our expedition ships on/off during a 6-month period and travel to some of the world’s most iconic and untouched landscapes, all while driving sales and forging relationships with our customers in the heart of these extreme environments!
This role requires the applicant to have canadian citizenship as we do not provide visa/immigration sponsorshp.

What you will be doing:
Interact with travelers onboard during meals, expeditions, seminars, and other activities to build trust and relationships
Encourage and facilitate bookings for future trips while customers are still onboard, tapping into their excitement and satisfaction with their current experience
Reach monthly sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service standards
Spend 20% of the time following up with past customers through CRM and other methods to secure repeat bookings
Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our Salesforce CRM system for successful transition to the Client Service team
What we are looking for:
Front-line sales experience, motivated by revenue targets and building relationships
A keen interest or direct understanding of Adventure Travel, or adventurous / outdoor activities
Ability to work abord our expeditions ships on/off during a 6-month period
Experience achieving monthly sales targets within a travel or sales environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
Experience with different reservation systems and CRM/Salesforce is preferable
