Quark Expeditions is the leading polar expedition travel company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. We operate cruises to Antarctica and Arctic regions (Greenland, North Canada, Svalbard) on board of 3 modern polar expedition ships – Ultramarine, Ocean Explorer, and World Explorer. Since 1991, Quark has been establishing a tradition of firsts in polar travel: as the first to transit the Northeast Passage with adventure travellers; the first to take travellers to the far side of Antarctica; and the first to circumnavigate the Antarctic continent with guests. Quark Expeditions is part of Travelopia, the world’s leading experiential travel business, owned by KKR.
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join our team at an exciting stage of our growth. Reporting to the VP of Commercial, you will be a key member of the commercial leadership team, responsible for driving both core cruise and ancillary revenue performance across our fleet. You will own pricing strategy, promotional governance, channel economics, and the data and analytics that underpin commercial decision-making across the business.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance, you will influence strategic decisions, optimise commercial performance and champion a data-driven approach to revenue management. You will also play an active role within the wider Travelopia Revenue Management community, sharing best practices and helping shape the future of revenue management across the group.
What we’ll offer:
Competitive salary (CAD $120,000–160,000) + bonus (10% target, up to 20%)
Comprehensive health benefits
Company retirement savings plan
Generous PTO + birthday off
Hybrid working (minimum 6 days/month in our Toronto office)
Parental leave
