We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will create, develop, and deliver exceptional luxury travel experiences while managing the operational, financial, and supplier relationships that bring them to life. You will collaborate across multiple teams to build innovative itineraries, drive guest satisfaction, optimize trip performance, and ensure every journey exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:
Research global destinations, travel trends, and guest preferences to develop compelling luxury travel itineraries.
Design and refine detailed journey experiences that support operational excellence, sales objectives, and exceptional guest outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, destination management companies, airlines, and other travel suppliers worldwide.
Negotiate contracts and manage supplier partnerships to deliver high-quality experiences while optimizing costs.
Develop and manage trip budgets, pricing models, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Coordinate complex travel logistics, including accommodations, flights, transportation, and destination services.
Lead pre-departure planning activities and conduct destination inspections when required.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate product positioning and seamless trip execution.
Monitor guest feedback, operational performance, and quality standards to continuously improve the travel experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, risk management, and animal welfare standards across all programs.
Support the development of customized programs for strategic partners and bespoke travel experiences.
Communicate product updates, operational changes, and expectations clearly to internal teams, suppliers, and field staff.
Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support product development, trip operations, and industry engagement.
What You'll Bring:
Experience managing travel products, itineraries, operations, or supplier partnerships within the travel, hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
Experience negotiating supplier or service agreements and building successful external partnerships.
Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different functions and locations.
Confidence working independently while contributing to shared team goals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business collaboration tools; experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.
Commitment to health, safety, compliance, and ethical business practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience within luxury travel, expedition travel, aviation, itinerary development, or client-facing environments is highly valued but not required.
